Summary
DescriptionMiddlewich Junction, Trent and Mersey Canal - geograph.org.uk - 601268.jpg
English: Middlewich Junction, Trent and Mersey Canal. This is a very interesting location. Through the roving bridge is the centre of the picture, Wardle Lock is quickly reached, which leads to the ten-mile Middlewich Branch and, eventually, the Shropshire Union canal. On the right is Middlewich Basin, while straight ahead, the way leads to the River Mersey and the Lancashire canal system.
