English: Some of the buildings in the Newport on the Levee complex, located on the northern side of Third Street (U.S. Route 27/Kentucky Route 8) at the Monmouth Street junction in downtown Newport, Kentucky, United States. This site was once the location of the Posey Flats, which were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987 and have not yet been removed, despite their destruction. |
