Summary

Description The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District increased releases from Tuttle Creek to 1,500 cubic feet per second (cfs) Aug. 31. Additional increases were made from Milford Lake and Perry Lakes to 1,500 cfs and 200 cfs respectively, to lower lake pool levels. The additional water in the Kansas River should not have a significant effect on Missouri River elevations. (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Photo / Carlos J. Lazo)
