English: Numbers 129 to 140 High Street, Winchester Between Upper Brook Street and Middle Brook Street, both of which cross the High Street at ninety degrees. These shops have the advantage of being on the sunny side of the High Street; the other side is always in shade except very early in the morning. The pennants relate to the 2008 Hat Fair. |
