Church of the Assumption, Wexford, County Wexford, Ireland English: Stained glass window by Harry Clarke (1889–1931), titled The Madonna with Sts Aidan and Adrian. This window was commissioned by Mrs O'Keefe in memory of her son Lt William Henry O'Keefe who had been killed in the Battle of Arras in 1917. It was completed in May 1919.
