Doab is the region in India between the Ganges and Yamuna rivers in the western and southwestern parts of Uttar Pradesh.

- 11 Meerut — famous for sport equipments like cricket bats, sweets like nankhatai and gazak, for being the starting point of the 1857 rebellion against British colonial rule, it is a large ancient city close to Delhi.
