The banner on this page that says ( Rawanduz remains one of the most dangerous cities on Earth...)???!!! and it is not as I am traveling there from time to time and it is a wonderful place for tourism and safe more than most places of Iraq from Kirkuk and below as matter of fact all Cities of North of Iraq except the Ninava Area are safe and nice place to visit and are full of Furiner People...Sarbast.T.Hameed (talk) 11:15, 25 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

If you have up to date local knowledge then please correct the notice. However please write with the context of a non local looking person visiting. That is, how safe would an American, African or Asian be on the streets? --Traveler100 (talk) 08:32, 25 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
As I mentioned concerning the Kurdistan Region I can assure you as until this moment it is safe (For Local People and also Foreigners But not 100%) as the U.S. Mission Iraq advises |Security Situation in Kurdistan Region as there may be some terrorist attack attempt from time to a long time but from kirkuk and below I assure you it is Dangers to visite Especially for the Foreigners ... so it is up to you for removing the Banner or not ... My feeling is that unless there's a situation that's particular to a specific city or subregion, it's probably best to put any travel advisories on the Iraqi Kurdistan page, and please update the information, as advisories from 2014 are no longer likely to be in force. Anyway, it's not actually up to us to make a decision. You are there on the ground and we're not. Ikan Kekek (talk) 09:52, 25 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
