Anaklia is a beach town in Northwestern Georgia.

Together, Anaklia and Ganmukhuri are Black Sea villages nearby Zugdidi (34 km southwest), which have become famous in the last few years. Nowadays, fancy tourist resorts with some high class hotels, pubs and casino. A great place to enjoy the Black Sea.

There are regular marshrutkas between Anaklia and Zugdidi for 1-2 lari, taking about 30 min:

In Anaklia the 1 bus starts and ends at the last corner before the Black Sea promenade, right next to the Cruise Hotel. There you also find an updated bus schedule outside at the supermarket windows.
