Höör is in the middle of Scania, the southern part of Sweden.

The Höör train station is on the Copenhagen-Stockholm line. Trains also go to Hässleholm and Kalmar. By car you take the E22.

  • 1 Skåne Zoo, Jularp . Open 1 June to mid-Aug. This popular zoo has many animals from the Nordic countries, including moose that can be petted. It is open every day and offers special entertainment daily for children, such as feeding the seals. You can pack a lunch and rent a little wagon to take around with you, or eat at the bear's pit in the summer time, or the entrance year round. There is a petting zoo for the smallest ones.

  • At Easter time the "Konstrundan" offers various handcrafts at many locations throughout Scania, with many located in Höör. The artists will usually also sell if you call and arrange a time.
