train times[edit]

The following was inderted in the article. I have moved it here.(WT-en) Shep 05:51, 6 February 2010 (EST)

[I question the original author's Aranyaprathet->Bangkok times. This: http://www.seat61.com/Thailand.htm#Aranyaprathet seems to indicate only 6:40 and 13:55. Really, how can there be two return trains for each outbound?]

Change at Hua Lampong only for train freaks?[edit]

My experience is actually quite favourable. The atmosphere of Hua Lamphong (Bangkok main station) is an experience itself. A disadvantage is that the railway station of the village of Don Muang is a little farther from the airport, and buses bring you closer. Anyway, the importance of Don Muan airport is decreasing. I agree, Hualamphong has a good atmosphere but taking the train from Aran to Don Muang is not exactly convenient. Only the morning train to Bangkok would be of use and to get to that airport would take maybe 10 hours given lateness and waiting at Hualamphong. Driving would take maybe half that time. The train would be very cheap though. (WT-en) Travelpleb 01:27, 29 July 2012 (EDT)
