Contradictory safety statements[edit]

The first sentence of the warning box says "Benghazi is still very dangerous following an extended period of civil war and conflict." By contrast, the second sentence of the article proper says: "At no point should you feel unsafe while in the streets during the day or the night, wherever you may go."
