Funnily enough, both pictures were taken at the exact same spot, isn't that lovely? Anyways, the new banner is quite similar, but higher resolution, newer, and has more detail!

- Yes, but the existing banner is brighter, and higher resolution is not really essential. I'm inclined to support keeping the existing banner. That said, might there be another page the new banner could be used on? Ikan Kekek (talk) 03:49, 27 August 2023 (UTC)
- Probably only County Donegal. And frankly I find the current banner there to be better than the one here! I just find the overblown highlights of the sky to be unpleasant to look at, even though, yes, the trees on the proposed one have overblown shadows, but I find it a worthwhile trade-off!
