How to handle the multiple IATA codes of Euro-Airport[edit]

The airport that serves multiple destinations in South Western Germany, Eastern France (mainly Lorraine) and the West of Switzerland and has three IATA codes; one (BSL IATA) indicating Basel, one (MLH IATA) and one apparently just for shits and giggles (EAP IATA). Now those area codes technically matter in which country you technically have to present your passport to, but as Switzerland is part of Schengen for all practical purposes, those differences today don't amount to much and for most visitors, this airport isn't their first destination in Europe any way. So how should we handle this place in the handful of articles that mention it? Give a paragraph worth of info on its weird multiple IATA codes? or just link to its website and hope for the best? This doesn't take a paragraph: "(the IATA codes for the airport are BSL, MLH and EAP IATA)" Ikan Kekek (talk) 11:27, 4 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
