I wish there are other scriptbooks for Tamil, Lao, Thai, Kannada, Khmer, Sinhala, Oriya, Bengali, Ge'ez, Malayalam, Telugu, you get the picture. How about turning to Omniglot for inspiration? – (WT-en) CurvyEthyl 02:27, 10 October 2010 (EDT)

It might be a good idea, but we have to understand that Wikivoyage is a travel guide, not a language school. If you want to create a guide to learn a new language or a new writing system, you can use Wikibooks and Wikiversity. I think we should create scriptbooks for complex writing systems if they are used by multiple languages and if they cannot be covered in a single language phrasebook. --Sbb1413 (he) (talkcontribs) 07:31, 27 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
