Bros (restaurant): amazing unfavourable review[edit]

There is apparently a restaurant named Bros, the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Lecce. I just read an unfavourable review for that restaurant. It is one of the more funny and comprehensive bad reviews that I have ever read: Bros., Lecce: We Eat at The Worst Michelin Starred Restaurant, Ever. If this review is accurate, I think we should not include a listing for Bros in this article, even though Bros has a Michelin star.

  • Bros., Via degli Acaya, 2. The only Michelin-starred restaurant in Lecce. The subject of a vary unfavourable review in December 2021.

I have never been to Lecce, and I have no personal knowledge of this restaurant. JimDeLaHunt (talk) 00:13, 11 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, my girlfriend read that review to me last night. I remember in the 1990s, Michelin was known for not really understanding Italian food, such that Italians generally actively avoided Michelin-starred restaurants in favor of trattorie that served cucina casalinga or cucina tipica. Perhaps things have improved on that score, but I'd tend to be skeptical of Michelin reviewers in Italy having a quite understandable French bias.
