Why is it called "Salamanca (city)"?
And why was the first picture removed?

- I did wonder about that but it was too rich to take out! It's not even particularly true, English is quite widely spoken in hotels and restaurants in Salamanca. --RegentsPark (talk) 15:53, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
