Map

I think we don't quite have enough destination articles to warrant splitting into subregions yet, but over on pt: we do, so I made a map. I'm going to go ahead and add it to the article here too, but without linking the regions. The regions are based on the IBGE (Brazilian Geographic and Statistics Institute) mesoregions [1], so when the time comes, there is a very clear way to determine which region things go in.
