I know this is Vietnam's busiest airport, but it is scheduled to be replaced by Long Thanh International Airport in 2025 as the main international airport of Ho Chi Minh City. Current indications are that Tan Son Nhat will be turned into a domestic airport, while international flights will be relocated to Long Thanh. Maybe once Long Thanh is operational we can create an article for that, but I question the need for this article since Tan Son Nhat is likely to lose its international status soon.
