What don't you plunge forward and expand this one. I think there is scope for a separate article if done well, given the richness of Vietnamese culinary traditions. Perhaps one way we can overhaul this is to sort by region, and cover the regional specialities of Vietnamese cuisine. For instance, you generally only find cha ca and bun cha in the North, while you generally only find hu tieu and ca kho to in the South. And even the pho differs between region; Southern pho has a slightly sweet broth, while Northern pho tends to be just straight up salty. And only in the South do they serve you herbs to put in your pho broth. The dog2 (talk) 14:45, 29 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
